Beware! Bring your own containers and open the bags as you get them to ensure you are getting all of your meat! These people are way more expensive than other places. When they cut up your cow they won't give you the roasts, ribs, or liver (to name a few of the items that are common butcher items but were completely missing). They package all the meat parts as single bags or 1/2 lbs of hamburger (I assume so you don't notice you aren't getting all of your animal). Noble County Meats did an absolutely outstanding job processing my deer. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, and they truly went above and beyond. The quality of the processing was top-notch—beautifully cut steaks and roasts, plus some of the best snack sticks and sausage I’ve ever had, with a great variety of flavors.
