5 year old bull they worked there tails off with that one ,fresh smell,fast service,seem to be good people, my next normal beef will be going there too,

Italian and breakfast sausage was great, ham was excellent. We had a hog slaughtered and bacon and ham smoked. I was very happy with their work.

Beware! Bring your own containers and open the bags as you get them to ensure you are getting all of your meat! These people are way more expensive than other places. When they cut up your cow they won't give you the roasts, ribs, or liver (to name a few of the items that are common butcher items but were completely missing). They package all the meat parts as single bags or 1/2 lbs of hamburger (I assume so you don't notice you aren't getting all of your animal).
