Worst dr. Manorizam ive ever experienced ! Only went there twice and that was plenty enough to see that dr. Chen was clearly not up to my very LOW standards ! After being told I DIDNT KNOW ,and I DONT REMEMBER !! I felt that my serious health conditions were clearly NOT in the right hands ! Very rude and not professional
Dr. Koshak is amazing. He has helped me so much with my mother's care. She is 89 and has Alzheimer's and cancer, and can be difficult when it comes to change. Anything that Dr. Koshak suggested, she was open to (walker, adult diapers) and without him I couldn't convince her. He is one of the few doctor's that doesn't try to load people up with medications, and actually listens to the patients, and puts their fears to rest. Avoid this office like your life depends on it, because it actually does. Dirty and unprofessional office, extremely unhelpful, rude and incompetent staff. Some PAs are good, but some are atrocious. Like seriously so bad I considered legal action. Often times my requests for rx refills were ignored for WEEKS! Unfortunately I had to stay with this lousy office for two years and I'm not exaggerating when I say that even though Dr. Koshak was officially my doctor I never ONCE met him. Super dirty facility, unprofessional, and absolutely no structure within the office. It’s been two weeks and the nurse in practice still hasn’t setup my medication with my insurance. Unbelievable! This is the Granada office btw. A waste of time because the nurse in practice does not give full exam!
well experienced. Old school, takes time with his patients. accurate diagnosis. Won't find a better family practionier!
