Went there to participate in a sleep study for night workers went there twice then they ghosted me because I have PTSD from my time in the army and no other communication of any kind like I don't matter. If they would've reached out to me and said it wasn't going to happen instead of ghosting me I wouldn't be putting out this review but when someone comes to you looking for genuine help and this is how you treat them then don't expect them to see you in a positive light. Edit 4/25- the staff members that I interact with regularly are incredibly kind & helpful. Maybe the disorganization comes from the top down, that still is a bit of an issue, so I have to be more on top of calling and following up on things which I don't think I should need to... but I digress. Things were great until recent staff change now they are disorganized and unprofessional. Payments got switched to end of study instead of same day and nobody notified me... They scheduled me on a Saturday and never followed up. They have missed my last 2 phone visits and I never hear from them until I'm the one to reach out. Last year there were no problems, there's a clear difference in how things run since staff has changed.

This place was really cool until the new front desk lady started working there. She's horrible. She has some sort of personal issue with me and every month thinks it's funny to make me wait to be paid, not hours, days. When I ask for a supervisor she won't let me speak to anyone. She laughs at me and hangs up or puts me on hold until i hang up. I have been with the CMV study for over a year now and since she has been there I dread even going and I know I will have problems getting paid every month. It's horrible. I'm so frus... read more

I have completed two different vaccine trials with this company. The staff are pleasant and explain every step of the process. I highly recommend this research company.
