The whole experience was terrific. I made an appointment online, received. a text when he was on his way and a receipt on my phone. He was professional, wore booties, layed down drop cloths, put corner protectors on my furniture, sprayed the chemical, almost no fragrance and steam cleaned. There was no upselling because I have a dog and no stainmaster protective coating talk. I had two area rugs, big bedroom and closet carpet all cleaned for under $100.
