We went in search of a hose for our faucet, only to discover that the business was not in operation any more. Even though there were employees there, and inventory, they were not able to sell us anything. Staff was friendly, and I don't like to leave a one-star review, but this Coquitlam store is not an option any more. Staff was unable to indicate if they would be moving to another location.
Recently went in for some basic plumbing parts. While the staff is friendly, they don't have any idea what they are selling. I feel the staff has not been trained properly and this is just another incident that proves how terrible Noble is. I don't know what's wrong with me that I think if I wait long enough, Noble will stop being so terrible.
Went in with a 1/2" frost free hose bib with the mip connection. Showed the guy behind the counter and said, looks like I need an 8" His reply, "Is that a pex or mip connection?" I pointed to the mip connection, he repeated his question. Then asked me what these are for? The manager failed miserably.
Amazing place and reasonable prices
The fella that helped me out was awsome! He helped me find the parts found they didn't carry them and sent me in the right direction to a store to get them from. Thanks a bunch guys!
