Sold me broken ice maker for $1900. Wouldn’t exchange or refund or even communicate. Mitch Allen is the worst. Buyer beware. If it’s not broke great you saved a few hundred bucks. But if it’s broke your out a lot. I’m out $1900. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

We Bought a Samsung 4 door refrigerator from them, it was an awesome experience. If know about them before I would have saved a lot of money. Mike and Jason are great people helping me a lot on getting the best price. Overall Great experience

Phenomenal supply of high end appliances! I live in Columbus and was willing to dive to Madison Heights for the quality/price and STILL saved money! Salesmen were very kind and Manager Mike Anderson was very accommodating.

Found a great Jenn Air double oven on eBay and then was pleasantly surprised that their location was only a 20min drive from the house. Got an almost unbelievable deal on the double oven and dishwasher. Dishwasher was perfect but the handles on the oven were heavily scratched and dented in. The salesman said they'll replace them at wholesale cost and install them for free when they come in. So basically a deal on top of a deal. I purchased a new microwave, dishwasher, & refrigerator from Madison Heights location. The microwave had to be exchanged 3 times because they were delivered damaged. It was an over range microwave and when i finally did receive the working one, it was not the one I had paid for. In fact, it was the same price I would have paid in a store. When I complained to the sales guy he became irate and threatening and told me they lost money because they had to deliver 3 times. I will never set foot in Noble Appliance again.

1. they sell broken appliances and DO NOT test any of them. That's right whatever showed up thru the door is just offed to you problems and all. 2. The delivery service is slow purchased on a Saturday night no one had called to setup even a appointment to drop off my stove when i called them and picked it up myself on Tuesday afternoon. its also 4 times as much as any other store in the area for cords and drop off /pickup. 3. Worst appliance purchase ever. Bought what was advertised as a new in box (NIB) Maytag refrigerator on eBay from Noble Appliance Center. We drove 50 miles one way to pick it up rather than pay the $299 shipping charge (which, incidentally, is shipped to a local warehouse, rather than your home).
