Always a positive experience here. Two major appliances have been perfect solutions with major cost savings. The shipping center works magic by finding ways to prioritize much needed deliveries like our fridge when it went out.
We have been using them for over a decade, and have bought significant amount of appliances from them. We did that because their customer service was great, and their policy on "dented and dinged" appliances lets us get new appliances for a great bargain. Now, we need them to reopen our Flint store and I will up the rating to 6 stars. Wait, can I do that??
Purchased a Frigidaire oven and delivery was today. Through no fault of their own as item was new in box it was damaged so I refused delivery. Got with Roger at Madison Heights store and he found what I was looking for at the Hartland store. It was priced higher however they got it for me with no extra out of pocket cost. I’m very pleased at how easy they are to work with and would highly recommend Noble Appliance.
