Bad Bad Bad drive in our van for alternator and we are 700.00 poorer and they keep the thing. they screwed it and us royally! DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING IN FOR SERVICE !!!!!!

Steer Clear of This Place – I went in to have a recall done on my Ford truck and they immediately use this as an opportunity to try to sell me their other services. They told me my truck was not running right. I knew that was a lie because I had just had it to my mechanic. They tried to sell me an oil change. I finally told them to just do the recall work. How many women and other people with no mechanical aptitude do they rip off every day? STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

STAY AWAY – I afree with the others! They push you out the door once you have bought! All they say is "Hey, you bought it as is" 10 days after my purchase PROBLEMS!!! I have turned them in to the BBB. And will continue to make a mission to get these guys to follow decent business practices or get out of business. They REFUSED to give me the name of the person that owned the car before me.......Only after multiple problems with the car! I encourage anyone who has had a problem with them to contact the BBB! Bait and Switch – I went to look at this car last week on Tuesday, Dec. 28th but it was not there; they told me it was having the thermostat replaced and it would be back Thursday. I came back Thursday and it was still not there, they said they would call when it was back from being repaired. They called me on Tuesday, Jan. 4th and said it was back. Noble Ford Mercury in Newton – I have never had better service from this dealership! They helped me out very slowly and steadily and at my pace. They were never pushy like more dealerships are! I have bought many cars from them and will keep buying from them! I say DO BUY FROM NOBLE FORD!! I will refer as many people as I can!! Thanks Noble Ford for all your hard work!!

typical car dealer tell you what you want to hear – to whom it may concern. i recently purchased a 2008 gmc from this dealer. although im under warantty and everything is covered they just want to sell you a product and push you out the door. once your out thats it. i spent over $38000 and i called them to tell them i had severeral problems. they did not care. passing me from one person to another complicating things. my recomendation is DONT BUY FROM NOBLE. the sales manager TIM is a fast talker. i asked for a little refund... read more
