It’s really important to me that it’s clear upfront the services. I booked them for a cleaning, but when they arrived, they told me that it was More than the $99 and the full cleaning wasn’t included. Transparency key. I really value my time.
They came out for a chimney sweep and dryer vent cleaning. Scheduling the service was easy, all the staff was very nice and courteous. After everything was done there was no mess and payment was simple. The only slightly negative feedback I would say is make sure you understand what the service you are signing up for as a cleaning may not be cleaning everything but just a maintenance cleaning that only focuses on a portion of the equipment.
We had a few issues with our chimney, plus needing cleaning. The technicians were knowledgeable, skilled and our fireplace looks great. They cleaned everything impeccably. They explained what was needed and why to us.
Fantastic service! The technician was on time, thorough, and professional. Our dryer works so much better now, and we feel safer knowing the ducts are clean. Highly recommend!
