I have been a loyal customer at Noble due to my work in renovations, but my most recent experience has been very disappointing. I contacted one of your sales representatives, Cindy Monson, requesting a very common replacement part for a toilet. She asked me to send photos of the toilet model via email so she could forward them to her suppliers. No rush, ladies, and gentlemen. I'll just stand here and wait for one of you to decide to help me. I can see you're busy when the place is empty. At least their consistent. Same thing every time. Other locations can't help you soon enough.
