⸻ I’m a regular contractor and long-time Noble customer, so I know what good service looks like. Unfortunately, the Oakville location has anything but customer service. I stood waiting at the counter for over ten minutes while one staff member sat at a computer doing nothing, and another was pretending to be busy with emails or “orders.” Meanwhile, an actual customer (me) was left standing there with no acknowledgment. I have been a loyal customer at Noble due to my work in renovations, but my most recent experience has been very disappointing. I contacted one of your sales representatives, Cindy Monson, requesting a very common replacement part for a toilet. She asked me to send photos of the toilet model via email so she could forward them to her suppliers.
