Told them what I needed to purchase. Which was a dst tubing for a smoke alarm. Had me out the door in 5 mins. Clean place and great service.
Previous Review: The employees who work here are kind, helpful, and do their best to serve you to the best of their abilities. But it is evident that some employees are dropped in with little to no experience and are fending for themselves to gain a proper understanding of the products and how the systems work. I’ve gone to this store periodically to ask for what I consider to be a fairly common plumbing part like a toilet tank gasket. Every time I go there - they treat me like someone who is asking for a cupcake at a lumber yard. And they NEVER have what I’m looking for. Instead they condescendingly suggest I go to the manufacturer. If you’re ever looking for a “universal” plumbing part, don’t shop here. In fact, I will never shop here again - no product and unhelpful, unfriendly service.
I am a licensed millwright who has worked Hvac..did not get a gasfitters ticket...because it is covered by my trade already....Asked for an ignitor for a furnace because it broke down and we are freezing here. Guy said "ya we just aren't allowed to and hung up"
