This is a horrible company. They are nothing but a bunch of liars. We bought a home in February 2023. Sooo much stuff is wrong. They fixed a few things but we are still waiting on a lot to be fixed. I don't understand how they can sell garbage. I am embarrassed to have people in my home. Right off the jump you can see we have 6 holes in the side of the cabinet. We purchased a Nobility home in April 2021, it was a nightmare from the start. the home was promised for September. We sold our home in September; the Mobile home was not delivered until the end of October. we couldn't move in until early November. In the meantime we had to stay at a motel costing us over $ 8000. When you purchase a Nobility home be aware the workman ship below standard. Prestige Homes / Nobility Homes is incompetent in the extreme. 18 months and counting, and we still are not in our new home. Nor do we have an ETA of when it will finally be completed. We were supposed to be in our home before the holidays in 2021 (we closed in May 2021). It is now two days before Christmas 2022 and we are still waiting. This company has zero redeeming qualities. I will never buy or recommend a Nobility home, terrible workmanship and installed wrong color kitchen cabinets. It truly is disgusting.

Terrible experience dealing with Prestige and Nobility. No one follows up or follows through on anything. I don't even believe they actually have a service department. Do not buy from them unless you like wasting time and money.

This company should not be in business. Once they make that sale it's all downhill for you! You will never get what you paid for. The workmanship is horrendous. Repairs never get done. We had a 12 foot driveway and a beautiful lot when we bought and contracted Prestige to deliver our new home. Prestige placed the home on top of our driveway which left us only a few feet left. Prestige / Nobility is the absolute WORSE Company in Florida!!!! DO NOT buy a home from them!!! Biggest mistake we ever made giving them our trust and money. Poor workmanship, service etc etc etc . Do not give them the time of day! Once they get your money Prestige/Nobility WON'T give you the time of day! I do not believe they should even get one star. I had no other option.

This place deserve to be closed down along with Prestige homes in Punta Gorda FL, They are a joke, Day one when we move into the mobile home it still needed millions of repairs. I get told someone from service department will be back in 2 weeks to finish up, 2 weeks went by no one came, mind you this I moved in on 12-21, walls has holes in them, closets walls has holes, closet door's, room doors, rest room doors and front back door are not installed right or do not close right you have to force it or it just doesn't close.
