My 84 year old mother bought a home from Nobility Homes in ***** through Prestige Home Centers in *********. When she moved into her brand new home, the water pressure in the shower and kitchen were terrible! We fixed the shower ourselves by putting in a more restrictive shower head. Also, the dryer was not vented to the outside of the house. Nobility Homes sent a very nice young man named ****, who documented the issues and said he would either send a new part or come back with a working faucet. They mailed the whole faucet... read more

No matter when or why you call them, you are given the runaround. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The construction is terrible. The cheapest appliances and hardware is used. I would never buy from them again.
I would give a zero if it was an option. The worst people to deal with at Nobility. Bought a mobile home from Prestige in Auburndale. Mobile home delivered with many issues. Almost a year now and still no carpet. I believe the refrigerator was a used one, because the model and serial numbers are different on the refrigerator and the paperwork you receive with a new refrigerator. The freezer door was broken and many dents in it. Desiree is the worst person to deal with. Don't do business with them !
They are AWFUL! Single mom and now stuck with a home that is three years old and a pile of issues that the company would not stand by the warranty and fix. They should be shut down and forced to repair every single issue for every customer free of charge to customer and expedited time! Of course reality every one of us is out of luck and left with a low built home that will not last half the time it should without becoming a money pit. Its sad and shameful.
Nobility along with Prestige Homes has to be one of the worst home builders in the ** area. Poor quality of work, poor customer service, and a general don't care about you attitude is what they are. Take your money and ignore you after is their business model and they get away with it. I have ceiling joints that show, cracked shower walls in both bathrooms, and numerous other is***s and there's nothing I can do about it as they blame everyone but themselves and basically tell you too bad *** us.
They are a rippoff, they will scam you to the last penny, if the lawyer wouldn’t get all my money I would sue the shit out of them, don’t by nothing from prestige or nobility you will get screwed
I been put off now for 10 months for home repairs. Brennen does not know how to manage his work crews. Smoke detector still go off when ac unit come on and off.
Worse company for customer service I have ever dealt with. Still waiting for closet doors that haven’t arrived since house placed on lot 9/22. They cite “supply chain issues” but you can get the same doors with same measurements at Home Depot and Lowe’s. Shower doors do not line up and fall off tracking. Company states a manufacture defect when installed but won’t come to a reasonable resolution. Ocala manager is rude and dismissive. Don’t buy from this company. Buyer Beware!
