No matter when or why you call them, you are given the runaround. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The construction is terrible. The cheapest appliances and hardware is used. I would never buy from them again.
I would give a zero if it was an option. The worst people to deal with at Nobility. Bought a mobile home from Prestige in Auburndale. Mobile home delivered with many issues. Almost a year now and still no carpet. I believe the refrigerator was a used one, because the model and serial numbers are different on the refrigerator and the paperwork you receive with a new refrigerator. The freezer door was broken and many dents in it. Desiree is the worst person to deal with. Don't do business with them !
Worse company for customer service I have ever dealt with. Still waiting for closet doors that haven’t arrived since house placed on lot 9/22. They cite “supply chain issues” but you can get the same doors with same measurements at Home Depot and Lowe’s. Shower doors do not line up and fall off tracking. Company states a manufacture defect when installed but won’t come to a reasonable resolution. Ocala manager is rude and dismissive. Don’t buy from this company. Buyer Beware!
We purchased a Nobility home in April 2021, it was a nightmare from the start. the home was promised for September. We sold our home in September; the Mobile home was not delivered until the end of October. we couldn't move in until early November. In the meantime we had to stay at a motel costing us over $ 8000. Prestige Homes / Nobility Homes is incompetent in the extreme. 18 months and counting, and we still are not in our new home. Nor do we have an ETA of when it will finally be completed. We were supposed to be in our home before the holidays in 2021 (we closed in May 2021). It is now two days before Christmas 2022 and we are still waiting. This company has zero redeeming qualities. Terrible experience dealing with Prestige and Nobility. No one follows up or follows through on anything. I don't even believe they actually have a service department. Do not buy from them unless you like wasting time and money.
Prestige / Nobility is the absolute WORSE Company in Florida!!!! DO NOT buy a home from them!!! Biggest mistake we ever made giving them our trust and money. Poor workmanship, service etc etc etc . Do not give them the time of day! Once they get your money Prestige/Nobility WON'T give you the time of day! I do not believe they should even get one star. I had no other option.
The company is Prestige Mobile homes and Nobility Mobile homes... (one and the same, shell game companies)... The lying ass salesman is Jeff Saucier... STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! I think I have Nobility Homes figured out. They have a good product at a good price. BUT, their quality control sucks, they have no final inspection/ final finish, and their warranty is worthless because their service department is fictitious. I took delivery of a 16 x 66 in April, 2019. On 4/29/19 I emailed a list of 19 factory defects, mostly doors that do not close and loose trim.
