I have used Mark for 5 different inspections over the past 12 years. I have referred Mark multiple times, resulting in 7 additional inspections that I have knowledge of. Every inspection was done in a professional manner. Mark walks you through the inspection, pointing out the good, and the bad. Mark has a lifetime of construction and inspection experience behind him. His reports are spot on and multiple real estate attorneys have also made reference to how good his reports are. I highly recommend Mark.
Mark was extremely helpful and his report was very thorough. He took a lot of time to explain everything to us and gave us great advice. There is a review here that states he didn’t disclose mold in the house. I find that very hard to believe, as he recommended a mold test for us in our attic and was correct. It was taken care of before we moved in thanks to him. There were a couple of issues that he found that we were able to get the seller to fix before we closed. I appreciate his dedication and attention to detail.
