Location, location, location. Beautiful secure building, great neighbors, nice units, the best location.

PRO: Beautiful views, close to shops and grocery store. Very walkable park across the road. Pretty secure building. Attractive entryway. CON: The pool has been inoperable for months and the elevators are in constant repair or inoperable for days. The stairways are filthy, in need of paint and have critters darting around. Busy streets with lots of city noise and the parking spaces are very narrow.
Edificio en mal estado , grietas , óxido , paredes sucias , tuberías en mal estado , liqueos en los parqueaderos pintura dentro y fuera del edifico descuidada , piscina sucia , para compra y arriendo por un apartamento ahí es un robo la administración y asociación malísima un descuido total del edifico .
