I must say residents are quite rough on these managers. I've lived here about 5 years now, and i've lived in many apartments in my life. I admit I do have my concerns of course. For example, Im not a fan of carpet, so hard flooring in the main areas would be a delight! Perhaps some flower beds? Oh! Of course if my rent remained the same or they allowed me a 5 year lease agreement with no changes haha. My point here is most are personal wishes based on my preferences. Very bad management and rude stuffs. If I could, I would rate it 0 star. The apartments are very old and poorly managed. It took six months for them to seal the leak of the kitchen sink and after five or six attempts. Looks like we don’t have any other works to do! At the time of our move-in, the bathroom shower had only hot water option. When we complained about it the fixing guy said this is the normal (104.5 degrees) and then he left misbehaving with us. I have lived at Nobb Hill Apartments for almost a year, and the beginning was wonderful. At this point, though, I would never recommend this place to anybody. I wish I could give 0 stars but my 1 star will go to the maintenance team. Management is terrible. You will never be able to establish communication over any issue, no matter how pressing. You will be given the run around, not given any higher up contact information for the regional manager, and your complaints that you attempt to file will never be given any solution ... read more
Currently have lived here since August of 2021 and will update until I move out. Personally we haven't had many issues. Bugs aren't bad as long as you keep your space clean. We have had NO ISSUES with parking. Even visitors have always had a spot to park while visiting. Kitchen is small but it's not the end of the world. Overall its a perfect place for two working students the worst thing about it is that it's out of date (like most college apartments). The worst management ever. Within a week of moving in, we notices fleas and they take very little responsibility and are super unhelpful. I have spent too many sleepless nights in this apartment within the 3 weeks I have moved in. I will definitely consider moving out if that's an option. But based on my experience so far, the management is very unhelpful and they are going make things worse for me either way
