Great, clean and well-stocked grocery store with employees that act like they’re genuinely glad to see you shop there, yet they don’t scream at you when you walk in the door like some stores. Highly recommended.
I think nob hill has some good food, you take the fried chicken, it’s fresh not pumped up with salt water, don’t eat much meat anymore but occasionally will have a few bites of fried chicken, I always pick up broccoli salad nob Hill makes a good flavor one, salad bar good, fruit bar good, ever eat moon drop grapes? My first I bought there, has more stronger grape taste, lot of interesting food items..
I love their perks - the Something Extra card, the complimentary seasonal magazine for members only and the voucher/store coupons that I receive in the mail once every three months. I have been a long time grocery shopper of another local supermarket (at Alameda Southshore) for more than 25 years. I started patronizing Nob Hill Foods in December 2011.
