I visited Nob Hill Decorative Hardware in search of large Satin Brass door pulls. Fortunately I met Anna who was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for at a price well below what I was expecting to pay. Anna was friendly, informative, professional and patient (I did look at a lot of options before making my decision). I am very comfortable recommending Nob Hill for their extensive range of products and Anna for her excellence customer interactions.
Excellent variety and great sales person.
We drove 1 1/2 hours to this store. After arriving the receptionist (pink hair) did not greet us, she preferred to address us by explaining or hinting we could not afford their high end products! So after 10 steps around the store, we decided to go elsewhere. Yes, we could have afforded... but there was no way I would after the welcome we experienced.
