Nob Hill needs to implement NO SMOKING rules! And be better about dealing with people with disabilities and not allowing residents to harass other residents. I've lived here for many years and have had quite a few issues with NH especially when it comes to disabilities. Most recent issue is my neighbor began smoking inside causing me to have asthma attacks leading to fainting and severe wide spread inflammation, on top of her blasting music till 4am every night forcing me to stay with family.
