The new management company, Chamberlin & Associates, is even worse than the prior. They assured me that the office would be open 9-5pm Mon-Fri. Half the apartments continually do not have running water. This issue happens regularly and has been occurring for over a year, but the property owner refuses to fix the issue. So, we're continually told with zero notice--sorry, you can't shower before work today or cook, brush teeth, etc. until further notice. Then, when water finally comes back on, there's this terrible strong metal smell coming through the pipes and it does not seem safe to consume.

Truly, I do not know where to start. 1. OUTDATED. The building is VERY old with cheap upgrades. The water pressure is weak, the four washers in the laundromat are constantly out of order, the toilets do not flush properly, the stoves reak of gas, and the windows are old along with the heaters and filters. 2. MAINTENANCE. Four of my window locks were broken when I moved in and never fixed. I did not have smoke detectors.
