they are genuinely terrible people- I wish I could rate them 0 stars
Moved into a beautiful apartment on 49st Street. The rents were exceptionally high stayed several months and every thing was wonderful except the heating went out and stayed out for a couple of months, the city were told and the rent for that period was never reduced. I made the mistake of assuming people get kicked out because they didn't pay rent. However what I found out was they were and maybe still are indiscriminately throwing out paying residents by threatening them. They also would not offer any rent assured tenancie... read more
