I didn’t know this place existed until I bought a bottled water at Gallo Center For The Arts in Modesto years ago. (Sadly, Gallo no longer sells Noah’s bottled water, as I just learned tonight 09/25/2021.) I am one who reads the details of labels. I saw the water is sourced from Adobe Springs, which I am very familiar with because I get water from that spring myself. The water has a high content of magnesium. In fact, it is the highest natural source of magnesium in water than any other natural source in the US.
