I would say the best Viet Pho in Merced broth is on point.
Noah's stands out among Vietnamese restaurants. Great care is taken with every detail -- especially the delicious food. They have gotten over their start up wrinkles and emerged at Merced's finest. Cannot go wrong with the Pho -- everything, really, is delicious.
Excellent food. THE place to be if you are a vegetarian! Or not!!!
Great food - had the Chef's Special with pork chops. The pork chops were tender and perfectly cooked. The portions were huge. The egg rolls were great and the avocado shake was really good. The vermicelli noodle bowl was fresh, delicious and big. The staff was attentive, quick and very friendly.
Really good food and excellent service. Very clean restaurant.
