david, your senior tech, came to our home to figure out what was causing the drop in water pressure. he was friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. He checked the prv valve, the main shutoff valve, and looked over the plumbing system carefully to find the issue. I saw a bad review here and wanted to share my own plumbing experience. We bought a home and on the first day after moving in, we tried to shut off the water for a dishwasher install and found the main water shutoff valve was broken. We called Grant, and he came out right away. He repaired the leak, then found the second main shutoff was also faulty, and fixed that too.
