Asked for smear on 6 bagels, instead of the getting the separate container. Lady behind the counter acted like I made an outrageous request even though I paid for the up charge . I didn’t appreciate the attitude or her skimping on the smear Go to Saratoga bagels - better bagels, better service
Decided to try the new cheesy hash brown bagel. The hash brown was so hard and crunchy I almost broke a tooth!! I gave it to my dog and even she had trouble chewing it. I did go towards the end of the day but come on! This is unacceptable
Extremely rude people/service! Bagel sandwiches were stale! Sent the company feedback and the store manger offered me 1 bagel sandwich. Even though we purchased 4 bagel sandwiches! Absolutely pathetic offer. So I submitted a bad review in hops people will avoid that location.
