I want to give a shoutout to Alex for his outstanding customer service. I had a last-minute request for 6 Baker’s Dozen bagels and called the store with only about an hour before closing. Alex was incredibly supportive, reassuring, and quick to help. He immediately let me know he could have the order ready for pickup in 30 minutes, which was a huge relief.
