I've recently become so so so disappointed in this place. The employees have stopped reading the tags and have now given me the wrong stuff 2 different times even after it was brought to their attention.... Regarding bagel type and diet restrictions.... They have fixed it every time, but please for the love of all things PLEASE read your tags.
My friends and I went to Kirkland’s across the street and then stopped by here after. We didn’t realize they closed at 2pm, so when we showed up there was literally no line. They were almost done for the day. The staff was so nice and friendly! It was so funny because she asked me to pick my favorite chips… but there was only one kind I got my usual nova lox, and I ordered the avocado + egg sandwiches for my kids. Maddy was amazing at assisting a mishap on my end. I forgot to pick up an order of bagels my wife had ordered and was nervous they were not going to have the quantity we ordered after they donated the bagels I failed to pick up. They were able to accommodate the order and went above and beyond to make this happen for us. We are always beyond pleased with our experience here at Noah’s Bagels locally and the staff is always amazing.
