The staff is nice, place is clean, food is good… when available. I am a frequent customer. I notice poor management choices as to the assortment of bagels they make. They are consistent out of six cheese bagels for example. And always seem to have plant bagels of other kinds that people do not want as much. This is poor management decision making. The six cheese are used for sandwiches and when stock is out, that’s an opportunity loss for the shop and most importantly, frustration for the patrons.
Not impressed with the service. Did an order ahead turns out they’re out of that bagel that’s fine no worries. I was trying to see what type of bagels they did have, but they looked pretty picked over. There’s a line of people in front of the bagel case and the names are pretty small so I had a hard time seeing the names of the bagels they still had. I ordered 3 bagels in which one of it was burnt completely , disappointed with this location.
