Nastiest ice chai tea latte I've ever had. They didn't even bother to mix it so thick chai tea stuck to the bottom and no matter how I tried to mix it, it was a disgusting sip every time. I also order a caramel machiatto , no caramel and ice cold milk not even steamed. What happened to this place? This is an update from today 6/8/26 ordered a hot Chai tea latte and it was like the Chai and milk curdled. It was so thick it poured out like a milkshake.

Placed an order on line picked up order waited for my order when got to store and finally when order is ready they gave me wrong bagels on breakfast sandwich. Had to wait 10 more minutes for my order . I would suggest manager provide better training on employees making sure they are being thorough and accurate with every order.
