They don’t follow instructions when u order. Worst store. Poor quality.
Terrible service and rude servers. It takes ridiculous amount of time for them to fulfill the order and they don’t even care about customer service as they get enough orders because of the brand. Overall pathetic experience. Will take my business somewhere else.
Super slow service. They used to be better. It shouldn’t take more than 15 mins to toast 2 bagels. Got frustrated and left with a refund. The is ridiculous. This place needs to take in store order seriously. This is not the first time this has happened.
