Definitely need to work on their front facing Customer service. I don’t expect them to remember my name nor my face but what happened to the old school welcome in or how was your day? I hadn’t been to a Noah’s bagels in over a decade. I go today and my bagels were cold, a ridiculous amount of butter smeared all over …. So gross
