John is a 1st Class guy! He has taken care of me time and time again!
I made a reservation Sunday and by Tuesday (of the same week, so 48 hours) I cancelled and was charged a $150 cancellation fee. I understand cancellation fees are charged because they loose the revenue with the day being booked. I feel there should have been an exception made, the weather is raining all day Friday and Saturday with the highs being 74 degrees (because of the hurricane coming in) Book with Lake James Boat Rentals, they have a 100% refund policy and the pricing is better.
Wonderful experience! We booked last minute and John and the rest of the team ensured we had the best time. Great communication and coordination from these folks. Thank you!
Best locations and service on Lake James. I have been storing my boat trailer with Noah's Landing for almost 3 years now. The location I use is their Site 2 on St Paul's Church Rd, Morganton. I know that my trailer is safely stored, and access to air and other services is a huge convenience. It had been about a year and a half since I used my trailer. We purchased our Jayco travel trailer about two years ago and due to lack of space at our home which is located in a restricted housing development, we are unable to store it at our home.
