I am so incredibly grateful for Crystal Ballroom Lake Mary. Their professionalism and kindness are truly top-notch, and I couldn’t ask for a better team to support us for our big day. My cousin had an event here a fre days ago. And everything was outstanding!!! The staff was proffesional and welcoming. The food manager did an excellent job with the presentation and service. The coordinator did an excellent job and the manager Laura was doing her best and was taking care of every little detail. Everyone in the wedding had a good time and made us feel welcoming. 100 percent would recommend this venue to anybody.
Although our wedding day hasn’t happened yet, I felt compelled to leave a review after our experience today at the Crystal Ballroom Lake Mary. We had the pleasure of meeting with our designer coordinator, Maggie, and WOW — she truly exceeded all of our expectations! I went to an event last night 6/6/25, the service was awful, the servers did not pick up any of the empty glasses, plates or even went to the tables to ask if we needed anything,, when it came the time to serve appetizers we ask if there was seafood in them and they didn’t know, ….? to serve the food it seem like they were the owners of the food, because they serve so little that at the end of the event there was too much left , my nephew went to ask for food after we finish dinner and they told him he needed to wait until e... read more
