Unfortunately, I have to update my original review due to an unresolved financial issue. After an overpayment towards the venue, we were assured that we would receive a refund. The owner acknowledged that we were owed the refund and stated in writing that there was a temporary issue with the company's merchant account, that the issue was being addressed immediately, and that the funds would be released once it was resolved. One of the best customer service in venues I have ever experienced. We walked in for informations and walked out booked. Adrian was the best. He is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and honest. Venue was pristine. The attention detail and welcoming customer service makes Crystal Ballroom Lake Mary the best!!!

Booked for our wedding and the consultation meeting with Maggie for decor was great! She took her time and listened to the vision and didn’t push things that I didn’t want. She knew her inventory and seeing her work in person gave me all the confidence!
