PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST….. THEY HAVE NO EMPATHY or COMPASSION FOR OTHERS. A potential bride lost her fiancé to an unforeseen death & informed this BUSINESS OF HIS DEATH 6 months prior to their planned wedding ceremony. The owner Lukasz Rogowski, said REFUNDS & DEATH aren’t the same-and it has to be fair for ALL CUSTOMERS! (Quote according to News 6) What a HEARTLESS CREEP, I hope his husband/wife or daughter never experience this type of MERCILESS behavior?!! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE……
You WILL NOT get a refund if your fiancé dies 6 months before the wedding. What a repulsive company. Have some compassion instead of being so money hungry

I wish I could give this less than 1 star but here we are. How dare you rub salt in a wound of a once soon to be bride? We all understand and accept policies. HOWEVER! It is about having a heart, a moral compass, and just plain compassion & empathy. He fiancée tragically passed 6 months before the wedding and you won’t refund her?
