Noah's filed chapter 13 bankruptcy in May of 2019...Every dime that they took from that point forward was theft!!!!!The courts allowed them to continue to do business KNOWING that there owner was running a ponzi scheme!!!And then the courts just decides to make their bankruptcy a 7 leaving all these people HIGH AND DRY!!!!CALL YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL, CALL YOUR CONGRESSMAN,CALL YOUR STATES SENATOR!!!!WE CANT LET THIS GO UNCHECKED!!!
I am FURIOUS that I had to find out about your bankruptcy through social media. That is unprofessional. I have a wedding soon at the Oklahoma City location and am out a lot of money since I have already paid in full at this point. I will demand a full refund and contact authorities ASAP.
I really hope you have plans to rectify what you have done to so many couples across the nation! I can’t even imagine how you could accept payments..days or even hours before locking your doors. It’s just so incredibly deceitful! And then they all had to find out via Facebook posts this morning... I am just beyond the pale with how low I think you are for doing this!
Spent thousands of dollars and the wedding is in 3 months and invitations are already made and they filed bank ruptsy and didn’t even let me know now idk if I’ll have enough money too replan a wedding in 3 months! Hope too get my money back 👎
