We recently had our wedding there and were greatly disappointed in the service. The venue is beautiful but the people running the place are so rude and disorganized. The day of our wedding there were less number of staff than promised because many had called in sick (not our fault), the one person that was on did not know anything about our wedding and her only response was "she wasn't there at the planning meeting".
