Staff is struggling
The server was rude, couldn't correctly count my change and forgot my order while I was standing there. On drugs it seemed.
Dreadful customer service. At 8am, they only have two people working at the counter: one preparing the bagels who ignores any one at the counter and one putting together large take-out orders...who also ignores anyone at the counter. I could understand if they were slammed, but they're not (I've been behind a counter, I know what crazy is like). I've given up waiting for anyone to take my order, as they really don't seem to want my business.
