You have a 50/50 chance of them getting your order right. All I ever wanted was a chocolate chip bagel and strawberry cream cheese that didn't have an onion after taste. I've tried many times now, but I have been given many varieties of bagels instead of the one I actually ordered, unfortunately none of them to my tastes. I guess my chocolate chip bagel was never meant to be.
Service is slow and there's no power outlet, but the staff are charming and the food tasty.
Great food. Terrible customer service. It wasn't busy, it was loud, and the guy behind the register kept not actually helping. I wanted... something with no label. "This row, all the way on the end". Him: "The challah?" Me: "I don't know, there is no label. This one over here (pointing)" Him: "which one? Not this one, there are six here and you said there was one". Grrrr.
