ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY! BEWARE! Totally agree with the person below. This vet only wants your money. I initially spoke to one of the tech on the phone to get my dog some vaccines, she told me the the first visit would be a total of $76, then I would have to bring her back 3 weeks later for another shot, which will be around $35. BEWARE!! This Vet Office Wants Your Money!! Did you know that if you need a generic antibiotic for your pet that humans also take, such as amoxicillian, that you could get a written prescription from the vet to go to Schnucks and get it for free? (I believe Wal-Mart, Target, Costco, and Sam??s Club has these generic prescription programs too). We didn??t know this until, Karen (one of the vet techs), was forced to let the cat out of the bag about it after my husband threw a fit about charging us more money after our 15 year ... read more
Abrasive at best While the staff at Noah's Ark was friendly, the vet that we saw was very abrassive. She assumed that we should spend thousands of dollars on our animal, even if we didn't have it. She didn't seem to like children either.
My favorite vet I first started going to Dr. Karen when my scottie was sick. It turned out she had bladder cancer. Dr. Karen and her staff took such good care of both of us. She told me what to expect and when the time came she stayed with me when I had to put her down. When my big dog needed surgery on her leg there were a couple of complications. Dr. Karen told me they may occur so I wasn't surprised. She treated her for the complications and her leg healed up in no time and she is fine. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere el... read more
Excellent Caring Vet Noah's Ark has been my vet for 15 years. The staff are wonderful. I disagree that Dr. Karen isn't a people person. She is very friendly and explains different treatment options, cost, etc. She also let me know when my dogs were at a point that they were hurting, and she cried right along with me when she had to put them to sleep. And she was always nice to my kids when I brought them with me. I will never switch. She's the best.
Noah's Ark Veterinary Office is . noahs ark was a good friendly environment. they told me everything that they were doing to my pet even if it was common sense, which i really enjoy. they make the pet feel comfortable before giving them a shot - etc....
Noah's Ark Veterinary Office is Top Notch I feel very confident taking my beloved cat to Noah's Ark. The Vet is great, the staff are great and we always get quality care & service. As one reviewer said...The Vet may not be a real "people" person but she is definately an "Animal" person & that is much more important to me!! This Vet knows what she is doing!!
Noah's Ark is Fantastic!!! I have been going here with ALL of our animals since it has opened up. The vet is so awesome with the animals & you can tell they really care about animals, by all of THEIR animals that are in house. I will never take my animals anywhere else.
Noah's Ark Veterinary Office is THE BEST!!!! I have two dogs that I take to Noah's Ark and I would never go any where else. The Vet's are so wonderful with my dogs, I have never see them put my dos on the table, they are always right down on the floor with them to make them more comfortable. Most of my friends have animals that are terrified of going to the Vet's office, but not mine!!! They think it is a really treat to see the their "New Friends".
