I took my long haired cat to Noah's Ark yesterday for her 1st professional grooming. I'm very happy with how well my cat did and how good she looks. Jamie was real quick but did a great job and was very friendly to my cat as well as myself. I don't know her bather/helpers name but she is super sweet as well. I will definitely return there for more grooming needs. I will also recommend her to friends as well.

To the lady with three dogs...I really wish you would put all of the facts into your story. For example, the fact that you inspected all three dogs before leaving and excitedly said they look great! Or maybe put in the fact that your husband called and yelled at Jamie and rudely insulted her grooming ability. Jamie was very nice and offered to fix them however you would like. I just read the most recent review and they couldn't be more wrong. I've owned several schnauzers for 20 years and my wife used to groom them when she was younger. We just moved to the San Antonio area and we've taken our dog, Muffin, to several groomers and none have been able to give a proper schnauzer cut. I am extremely unhappy with Jamie and Noah s Ark and I do NOT recommend that anyone take their animals there. If you love your animals, you will heed this warning! My dogs were given a HORRIBLE haircut -- very uneven cut, ears weren t cleaned and nails were not cut (even though Jamie said they were). The cut was SO bad I had to then run to Petsmart to make my dogs somewhat presentable. WOW! OK so had no idea what to expect when i walked in because it looked like a fairly decent place but man was i wrong. The owner very rudely talked over anything I had to say when i tried explaining my dogs situation. She didn t hear a word I said even when I tried repeating myself. Before she TOLD me what was wrong with my dog, she accused me very quickly that my dog was not professionally groomed. I was appalled with the whole 3 minute visit. My dog says it all because he reads vibes immediately. Not a good person!

I have been taking my schnizer to noahs ark for almost three years and have never had any complaints. In the beginning I wasn't satified with the lenght of the groom, and after discussing the problem with the owner, the grooming was given free. Since then I have taken my dog back on a monthly basis anad have never had any problem. The staff at noahs ark have always been polite and have always worked around my schedule. My cat went there to get shaved and have a shed less treatment done it was great. She looks, smells and feels great. Thanks to Noah's Ark Too Grooming. I will be going back again and again.

These groomers do the best job I've found in my 4 years in SA. Excellent grooming and no cuts or burns ever!!!! Try them. Prices are great!!!
