Mary was exceptionally helpful in selecting food and equipment for recently acquired foster dog. You get the benefit of years of experience, plus cute kittens :), when you visit the store.
I just bought a bunch of super worms to feed my cane toads. Julia was the best! She made sure there were enough healthy super worms in the container and told me when their next shipments would arrive. She even remembered me from the last time I visited! How sweet is that?
Noah's Ark is the only place I will ever go to buy small animals. I live on the far west side of Madison but it's well worth the drive for me to spend my money at a place where I know I will get quality customer service and trusted advice on how to care for my animal friends. Mary and Joe have compassion for the littlest of creatures and I can't recommend this place enough.

Mary and Joe are always super helpful and very knowledgeable. If they don't have what u want in the store they will order it for u and it comes in very quickly. I'm so very glad that their recent move only took them a few blocks down the street and in fact they are now closer for us which is a bonus!
