I have taken my dog Lucy to Dr. Terry since I moved to Columbia almost 6 years ago. She has several rare diseases that have developed, all of which Dr. Terry has been able to identify. Even when she knew her clinic couldn't perform the right test, she knew where to send the blood work and has always notified me immediately with the results. Brought my dog in to get neutered and had no issues with the vet or the surgery. However, when checking in I was very turned off by the receptionist and how she was speaking to customers. Just seemed very irritated and short. Haven’t been back.

Their prices are reasonable, and their vet staff has always been great about speaking to me with empathy and information when it comes to making decisions about my pets' care, making sure to allow space for each family's circumstance, rather than pushing a really expensive procedure as an only option.
