I saw Dr Stern twice for the same issue only to have him tell me he missed the sinus infection the first time and prescribed a mild antibiotic ointment that didnt work , Thankfully I found Dr Pasik at Allergy and Ashma clinic who put me on a stronger antibiotic that was exactly what I needed to heal it , I only wish I would have found him sooner .
Absolutely excellent! Dr Stern and the other Doctor both did an excellent job for me. Very nice young men, very professional! I would wholeheartedly recommend them!
They’re more worried about the financial aspect of health care than actually being empathetic, caring, and compassionate. It’s quite the opposite of the core morals and values of the company! 6 out of 10
They screwed up scheduling. I called and made an appointment. They said the soonest they could do was 7 weeks out. I picked a time and confirmed. I called back the next week to cancel and they said they can't find any appointment for me in their system! This is a huge red flag. I'm lucky I no longer needed that appointment. Seems they need to prune whoever does the scheduling.
