Dr. Saipe at Outook Eyecare was professional and trustworthy. During my visit, he listened attentively, evaluated my condition carefully, and prescribed an ointment, explaining its purpose and that a specialist would be the next step if the condition returned. When the condition did recur, I called the office, and the staff promptly relayed Dr. Saipe's recommendation to see a dermatologist. I was impressed by the professionalism of both Dr. Saipe and his staff throughout the process.
