I met Dr. Saipe at the Outlook Eye Care center on 7/7/26 here in Monroe, NJ. This was the first time I met him. My wife is already his existing patient. For quite sometime I was having some issues especially with my left eye, relating to sensitivity to heat and light, itching and burning and floaters. Went today to Dr. Saipe for a second opinion for cataract surgery. I couldn't feel more confident choosing an eye surgeon. His staff and his attention to detail is impeccable and im so glad I took the time to get his opinion. Just an overall genuine doctor and will definitely update after surgery. There is definitely a reason why he and his staff have a 5 star rating.
