He made me cry about my mom dying and then he started laughing at me and said if I didn’t shut up he would not allow me back for another appointment. Dr. Horowitz is really a horrible guy. Stay far far away.

Very condescending attitude in person and on the phone. The minute you cannot pay for his high prices (no insurance excepted) he will promptly drop you as a patient and maybe leave with 1 month of meds.
