They work with you when you have any concerns and address them it quickly. WARNING! DO NOT RENT A NOAH PROPERTY! Let alone God forbid I would even hate to make the mistake of purchasing a property from them. One of the most ruthless, most inconsiderate landlords I have ever known. They will ROB you of your money! Their buildings aren't even up to code - the walls are super thin, I mean so thin I could hear everyone’s conversation above me and below me. Cheap insulation most likely no sound proof insulation. Terrible construction quality resulting in tens of thousands of dollars in repairs that they refuse to pay for. They also repeatedly change their Google page; I've left previous negative reviews that no longer show up. Avoid them at all costs.
