I gave them 1 star only because I couldn't give them ZERO. This place is full of misleading and unprofessional people. They will use you to get the maximum amount of money from you and your insurance. They called me multiple times just to ask a few simple questions, then charged me $250 for it. It appears that there has been a miscommunication regarding the consent required for a minor to receive behavioral health services. Initially, I was informed that verbal consent from my sister, as the child's mom, would suffice. However, I was later informed that the parent would need to travel from the East Coast to the West Coast to provide written consent.
