Those who frequent Portland food carts pods know that in every pod, reliably, there will be a shawarma/gyro cart. And you probably know that the quality of food you’re gonna get at those carts can, well, vary. I’m here to tell you that Noah’s Halal is one of my FAVORITE carts for a gyro or shawarma or falafel in the city—the meat, the sauces, the flavors are all on point, reliably. When I’m craving this cuisine, Noah’s is where I go.
