I have lived at Noah Estates for 6 years. I appreciate Amy & her staff for their quick response when needed....
I have family that live here. These are nice single family homes. If I lived in San Angelo, I'd try to live there.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO RENT FROM THEY TOLD ME I WAS APPROVED EVERYTHING LOOKED GOOD TOLD ME TO END MY LEASE WITH MY CURRENT RESIDENCE SO I DID THEN THEY CALL BACK SAYING IM NOT APPROVED THEY DONT CALL YOU BACK OR TRY TO WORK WITH YOU I HAD TO CALL EVERYDAY AND THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND THAT THEY WERE SICK OR FUNERAL OR THIS AND THAT LEAVING ME NO WHERE FOR ME AND MY KIDS TO GO BECAUSE MY RESIDENCE WAS ALREADY RENTED OUT SINCE I ENDED MY LEASE AND THEY DID NOT CARE ALL THEY WOULD SAY WAS SORRY OR THEY ARE WAITING ON A A... read more
They tell you you’re “approved” then wait for you to break your current lease and then all of a sudden you’re not approved leaving families with no place to go
