Terrible agent. We had a terrible year working with Noah. He was extremely inexperienced, terrible communicator and awful at responding. Unfortunately, I allowed him to sell my house, but we terminated the contract half way through and another agent finished the deal.(numerous things in the P&S agreement that were wrong that was caught by his boss thankfully, or we would of been homeless) We bid on about 9 houses and lost every one.
