Poor communication, bad customer service, no interest in serving the communities they manage, or even having a basic working knowledge of the property dynamics. Unresponsive and unapologetic. There are better models in the market for property management. Shop elsewhere.
N&A has been our HOA's property manager for many years. Their response to our issues has been very satisfactory.
Very very poor and unprofessional communication from Kate Dormer. Getting in touch with someone that actually does their job seems impossible. Multiple emails and phone calls and no response. If you can please save your time and never go with such a company please do.
