I like living here and the administration is always attentive to our concerns. I recommend this place to live safely and peacefully. Excellent apartment.
I’ve had a great experience living here. Tammy is very kind and always has a smile, she goes out of their way to runs smoothly. Their professionalism and friendly approach make a real. I hope this new managment team can work the same.
Good area to live in, nice outdoor areas to walk the dog. An annoying thing is the ceiling fan/light remote controls located in each room are close enough range to turn on/off neighbors lights and fans. On hot days we can’t sleep with the ceiling fan on, because a neighbor staying up late could potentially turn on our lights in the middle of the night. It has happened multiple times before. Do not live here if you enjoy having access to running water. They regularly shut the water off for “repairs” on a monthly basis sometimes with little or no warning for hours and even entire days. You will live in a state of anxiety, never knowing when or for how long your water will be shut off. They also hire shoddy repair people- our shower has been resurfaced twice in two years and is still peeling badly because they do not hire competent people to do the job properly. Rarely do I leave reviews but man I must say I’m thankful today for the staff here. I know how stressful working in the sun can be and how dealing with complaints can be. Just want to say I really appreciate Mr Daniel’s hard work in this Texas heat. Our AC went out and from Tammy, Megan, and Jessica in the front office to Daniel doing the hard physical work, thankful for all for a quick fast repair
