I lived at NOAH Apartments for a year and faced consistent, unresolved issues that made living here extremely difficult. From the day I received the keys, the AC was broken, leaving the apartment at 90°F and uninhabitable. I had to find alternate housing while the issue was supposedly addressed, but the office did not resolve it in a timely manner. I just completed my leasing process and I can not say thank you enough to Taylor for making sure that I had everything I needed and responding quickly to any questions I had. She has made the whole process quick and easy.
Our maintenance team, while extremely understaffed, is always quick to handle repairs and go above and beyond to make sure we’re happy before they leave. Today, we had Justin from another Greystar property completing a weather strip and door latch repair for us. Just like our dedicated crew, he was courteous, efficient, and most importantly did a great job! Hoping we’re able to secure more Greystar help, I know our team needs it! Justin came in and took a look at my AC unit that was leaking. He fixed it up and got it working again within 2 hours of me putting in a report. He was great!
I’ve lived here for a few years and had a few issues. Came home from vacation last night and my front door wouldn’t lock because the previous fix that had been done was falling apart. Justin stopped by by noon and fixed the plates, and recommended what they can do to fix the entire door frame. Hopefully he’s able to come back again because the maintenance team can definitely use the help
