I have never had such a disappointing experience with an apartment community. In just three months of living here, we've dealt with issue after issue, and instead of feeling supported, we've felt dismissed every step of the way. Our most recent experience was especially upsetting. During maintenance work in the neighboring unit, resurfacing fumes entered our apartment through the air vents. We have two young children and a newborn who was born five weeks premature. I immediately asked the maintenance technician if he could o... read more

Unfortunately, I’ve had a horrible experience at the Noah. I’ve had to put in several maintenance requests that were not addressed until I pushed and prodded the management team. I honestly don’t think this is an issue with the management team on the property, but an issue with the owners, Trinity Residential. The team here seems severely understaffed and I’m not sure many of them have the experience to run a complex that is in need of so much repair. I lived in my apartment for nearly a month with no AC, dishwasher, garbage... read more

Living at Noah is getting worse with new management. Front desk guy Franklin will not listen or allow to finish what you would like to say while you call or go in person. He would keep on saying they are working on their work orders and let you know they sent generalized emails to be patient and wait and wait. The new management would not listen to any concerns what so ever. We have lived her for 3 yrs and this was not an issue before at all. Service request are a joke and not addressed. When requests are made no one respond... read more

Good place if you love roaches. Roaches in the vents, the walls, even in the concrete. Floods anytime there's a storm thanks to the sagging foundation. Used to have maintenance people in golf carts going around until April 2026, when Trinity Residential took over as the management. Front desk looks at you blankly whenever you have questions as if they're only allowed a preset of words to use.

This is a great place to live if you know what to expect. It’s an older apartment complex, so it has its aging in various places, but it is in a safe and quiet area. If you come in with those expectations it delivers. The apartments are nice, especially with the new renovations. I recently moved in so I haven’t had much time to experience any maintenance issues, but overall I really like my apartment so far. Franklin is absolutely amazing! We have had so much fun with him throughout the leasing process and trust him to make ... read more
