We hired NOA services to clean our ducts. The technician arrived, opened only one duct, and spent about 20 minutes wiping bleach around the opening before charging us $400. He didn’t inspect any other ducts, claiming they looked clean. However, when we checked the filter ourselves, it was still filthy, something he didn’t even bother to examine. This experience felt like a complete rip-off. He is big time scammer Beware
Total scam, bait and switch, they quote you a good price and then try to bully you into paying 2 times more; awful experience, real jerks.
I called to clean my A/C and they quoted me for a good price, then when they show up the guy told me that cleaning the entire system would be $390 more …..!!!!!!! I do not recommend this business at all.
